It's a bug with Wc3 when you play with this amount of players. It does not seem possible to fix.
correction:
it is possible to pull creep in scourge top lane, but not in sentinel bottom lane. if this is bug, lucky for scourge player then :)
Yea that's part of the bug. It has to do with the in-game alliances of the sentinel creeps.
